Cancellation policy:

Cancellations or moving your booking requires 48hrs notice. Charges may apply, if this notice period is not given. If you contact us within the 48hrs you can amend your booking as long as the service is within a week of the original booking date. If you need to amend the booking outside of a week then we will require a 50% deposit which will come off your final balance.

Complaints Procedure:

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your visit to us please contact us within 14 days of your hair service. We will be in touch within 2 working days to discuss your concerns. scuss your concerns.

If your complaint is in regards to a colour service that was undertaken outside of the 14 day settlement period you may incur a fee for additional services required.

If your complaint is in regards to a colour service & aftercare advice was given but not followed you may incur a fee for additional services required.

Covid 19 policy

Government guidelines are constantly changing and we will endeavour to keep you up to date with our salon systems and procedures.

Safety is paramount for both our guests and our team so here are a few guidelines we currently have in place

* We provide Hand sanitising stations throughout the salon and we ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival.

* As we do still currently need to wear a mask we ask that you bring a mask with you for your visit.

* Each styling station is sanitised down in-between each guest and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned – this procedure is ongoing throughout the working day.

* All our towels and gowns are freshly laundered after every guest.

* We are lucky we have the space to provide guests with a safe distance in between each work station and our reception area, we also provide outdoor seating for when the sun is shining.

* We ask that you solely attend your hair appointment with no other friends or family members where possible, we are happy to help anyone that may need additional support upon entering and leaving the salon.

* We are currently taking card payments as the preferred tender.
